Brunswick Apartments, Southampton

Brunswick Apartments is an existing multi-occupancy student residence in the heart of Southampton. 

Louis de Soissons are assisting their client Empiric Student Property plc with the complete refurbishment of this 11-storey student residence including the design of the extensive ground floor luxury communal amenity areas in accordance with their ‘Hello Student’ brand.

The works are underway on site with the benchmark room having been recently completed by contractors Michael Brady Ltd. The whole project is due for completion in the late summer of 2024.
