Louis de Soissons secured planning permission for the demolition of the existing buildings and the redevelopment of the 0.57HA site on behalf of Qualis Commercial Ltd in 2023.
The redeveloped site, split into 2 parts either side of an access road, provides 30,000sq.ft complex of Grade A commercial warehouse space over 4no. units. The design has achieved a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’ and an EPC of A+ (Net Carbon Zero) following the aspirations for the site from sustainability-led materiality to cost & programme effective construction were all achieved.
