Louis de Soissons secured planning permission for the demolition of the existing buildings and the redevelopment of the site on behalf of Qualis Commercial Ltd in 2023. The redeveloped site will provide 30,000sq.ft of Grade A commercial warehouse space over 4no. units. The design targets BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC A+ (Net Carbon Zero). The project is currently on-site with delivery due in Summer 2024.
