The Louis de Soissons designed Cartersfield Road Grade A commercial warehouse scheme in Waltham Abbey for Qualis Commercial has now completed. This 30,000sqft complex of 4 buildings achieved a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’ and an EPC of A+ (Net Carbon Zero).
The project benefitted from a great client, consultant and contractor team meaning the aspirations for the site from sustainability-led materiality to cost & programme effective construction were all achieved.
