Last year, we secured planning permission for 30,000sq ft of Grade A commercial warehouse space over 4no. units on behalf of Qualis Commercial Ltd. This 0.57HA site is split into two parts on Cartersfield Road in Waltham Abbey, just north of the M25. The design targets BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC A+ (Net Carbon Zero). The project is currently on site with delivery due in the summer.
