Aston Martin Reading / Bentley Berkshire

Multi-brand supercar dealership site design and delivery

Originally designed by Louis de Soissons Director Mark Wilkinson during his time at EHW, this project involved the development and extension of the existing automotive retail footprint in Pangbourne, Berkshire using smart design and inter-brand negotiation to achieve a unique tri-brand site.

With Bentley and Lamborghini brands already represented on the site (with a listed cottage in the middle) the client was keen to maximise the territory potential by adding a third complimentary brand.

Following successful negotiations with the various stakeholders planning permission was granted for two extensions, one to accommodate Aston Martin and the second to enable Bentley to move and maintain their new car sales areas on the site. The final design delivered two unique branded spaces that are operated independently but with collaborative efficiency.

The work was undertaken in a phased manner over a nine-month period whilst the business remained operational and opened to much acclaim in the summer of 2015.
