Luxury gym delivered in record time
This project involved the conversion of an existing industrial storage and trade counter double unit into a new gym.
The scheme necessitated Change of Use and a new planning application for external alterations including electric car charging points.
The exposed soffits and finishes specification provided the backdrop for the warehouse ‘feel’ from which the gym bears its name. The gym provides training areas for free-weights, extensive array of resistance machines and ‘strongman’ workout zones, cardio suite including a café, male/ female, shower/ changing and locker rooms, fitness/ dance studio, therapy rooms and immersive spin-bike studio, over 2 floors.
This state of art facility completed in just over 4 months!
