High Street Islington – London N1

Stylish office to residential conversion of Grade II listed building

Louis de Soissons were challenged with converting offices in a Grade II listed Georgian building on Islington High Street into two contemporary residential units, whilst respecting the character and listing of the original building.
The project consisted of a two-bedroom ground floor apartment and a three-bedroom and three-bathroom apartment at basement level. The basement apartment included a large rear extension and the creation of a secluded courtyard garden.

The re-development was carried out whilst the previously converted upper floors were in occupation.
