Acting for the client, who were relocating their HQ, we were commissioned to act as Contract Administrators for the CAT B fit-out works of a riverside office development by Octagon.
The unusual floorplate, derived from the ‘boathouse’ architecture, lent itself well to segregation of workspace and breakout areas and the result was a light and airy office facility.
The project was completed in just under 10 weeks.
