The redevelopment of an existing two-storey office/retail site on the edge of the Wimbledon Conservation Area. The new development comprises a basement car park, six floors of speculative open plan offices and one retail unit at ground floor and basement level.
The project involved extensive and delicate planning negotiations which resulted in a fourfold increase in lettable floor space on the site, greatly increasing the site value for the client.
The building was designed with high quality finishes throughout and clad in polished granite and curved glazing externally.
