Louis de Soissons have provided architectural design support to Defined Interiors to deliver this CAT-A+ fit-out of this prestigious office building on High Holborn.
These spaces offer fluidity, versatile layouts, flexible seating and modular furniture which can be adapted as needed to promote collaboration.
Newly installed breakout areas, meeting rooms, kitchenettes, and full Cat-A finishes throughout have helped to reposition this workspace. The space benefits from plenty of natural daylight through new and original crittal factory windows. A stair and platform lift were inserted to link the ground and lower ground floors as well as introducing new amenities for future tenants.
The design works with the existing features and heritage of this building to provide workspaces with character and flexibility. New services have been installed which have been left exposed to allow the full height of the internal spaces to be experienced.
