The CGIs have been released of the ground floor amenity areas for our HelloStudent project at Brunswick Apartments in Southampton, giving a taster of what will be unveiled when the project is completed later in the summer. This refurbishment of a 173-bedspace student accommodation property for Empiric Student Property Plc is proceeding well on site, with works being undertaken by contractors Michael Brady Ltd. What a lucky new cohort of student residents arriving in September, to have this to look forward to!
