An exceptional building full of original features and character, this sensitive Cat-A restoration, redevelopment, and refurbishment has been designed to achieve Net Carbon Zero. Tenant facilities have been integral to the design to support the well-being of future tenants and include dedicated and secure storage for cycles, locker spaces and a drying room.
Grafonola’s walls once reverberated with the sounds of some of the greatest musicians of the 20th century, as famous composers immortalised their work in the recordings produced by Columbia Music.
