Our Associate Senior Architect Fiona Sheppard and HR Owen’s Property & Facilities Manager Lisa Wilsher are celebrating the successful delivery of the new automotive development at Hatfield Business Park having worked exceptionally well together as architect and client throughout the construction and fit out of the project. By the close alliance of these two talented individuals, the project has been delivered to extremely high standards. Their excellent communication and collaboration has allowed the whole team the flair, imagination and innovation to turn ideas into a reality that were fit for purpose, viable and also within the financial constraints. The architect-led design and contractor team have delivered HR Owen’s flagship multi-franchise motor dealership, comprising their new headquarters, six luxury brand showrooms, four workshops, valeting, and car storage facilities. The site creates a market-leading sales and servicing destination for the region and brings together several of the world’s most iconic automotive brands.
